Refund policy
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery or purchase to request a return or exchange.
2. Item Condition (New Only)
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in new condition. This means:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.
The product must be in the same condition as when it was received.
3. Return Methods
You can return your items using one of the following two methods:

4. Return Shipping Fees
Change of Mind: For "change of mind" returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, Microfix will cover the return shipping costs (e.g., via a prepaid label or reimbursement).
5. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees ($0 restocking fee) for returned items.
6. Exchanges
We accept exchanges within the 30-day window. If you would like to exchange your item for a different model or product, please visit our store or contact us via email.
7. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
8. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
