At Microfix, we aim to get your items to you as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped from our Rockingham, WA storefront.

1. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Flat rate shipping for items under 5kg:

• Standard Shipping (Australia Post): 3–7 business days — $12.95

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days — $19.95

• Bulky Items: Calculated at checkout based on cubic weight.

3. Local Pickup

• Free In-Store Pickup: Available at 1/9 Robinson Rd, Rockingham WA 6168.

• Orders are typically ready for collection within 1 hour during business hours.

4. Tracking

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
